- I got my drivers license. Finally.
- Exams have been and gone and I did rather well in all my units which I am quite pleased about
- I went to Melbourne and bought a lot of clothes and had fun times. I really wish I could go live in Melbourne for awhile. I'm kind of thinking that after I have finished my Bachelors degree I will do a post-graduate degree in Melbourne possibly at Melbourne University. But then, I won't finish my Bachelors for another 2 and a half years so a lot can happen between now and then but it's definitely something I'll look into if I get the opportunity.
- Semester break has been and gone and I just finished the second week of the second semester of uni. It's been pretty good so far I'm doing 4 units instead of 3 this semester plus I aim to actually attend more of my classes this semester so I can try and fulfil my dream of getting all HD's this time round (unlikely XD)
I think that that's all that needs to be covered in dot points. The last few months I've been pretty happy about the things that have been going on in my life except for a few minor hiccups which I guess will be fully resolved in the fullness of time.
One thing is starting to annoy me though, and that is the election. Australia is due to have a federal election on the 21st of August so at the moment all the political parties/candidates are campaigning. Seeing all the election hype and (relatively poor and frivolous) media coverage makes me really dislike having to vote because honestly, it seems as if neither of the major political parties have any major differences and I'm not really sure that either of the parties leaders would make a decent Prime Minister. I am quite glad that we do not vote directly for the PM.
Now after that rant I have to go finish doing my tax! Yay! =P
